Bag Up Your Items
Gather your unwanted clothes and/or household items, bag them up, and label them with “Pick Up”.
Place Bags Outside
On pick-up day, place bags outside your home by 8:00am, and our driver will take care of the rest.
How to prepare your donations for pick up
1.
Double-check your items to make sure nothing you intend to keep is included, as donated items are difficult or even impossible to retrieve once collected.
2.
Bag or box your donated clothes and other accepted items.
3.
Clearly label your donations as "DPickup" on the bags, boxes, or containers, or attach a labeled note to each.
4.
Place the bags or boxes outside your door, preferably the garage door, in a visible and easily accessible location by 8:00 AM on your scheduled pick-up date.
5.
Ensure donations are not placed near non-donation items..
6.
We'll gratefully pick them up.
