We prefer to collect donations from ground level outside your apartment building for safety and accessibility reasons. Our drivers are not permitted to enter private residences, secured areas, or go beyond the second floor.

Yes, we do! If you live in a gated community, please provide a visitor access code for our driver or notify the gate attendant in advance of your scheduled pickup.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of donations received, we are generally not able to recover lost items left in bags. If you realize on the day of pickup, please let us know on that day so we have a chance of looking before the items are sorted. If the day has passed, unfortunately the items have already been sorted.
No, unfortunately, our drivers are not allowed inside residences or backyards, even with permission. Your donations must be placed outside the home, and they must be visible from the street and accessible by foot
We prefer clothing and goods donations to be in new or “gently used” condition. Please do not donate items in need of repair as we can’t fix them.
Our trucks pick up rain or shine. However, if the roads are hazardous, the local pick up service may contact you to reschedule your pickup.
We’re sorry but we cannot accept large furniture items. We only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to easily lift and carry.
No Furniture: Couches, sofas, sleeper couches, box springs, mattresses, desks, large dressers, heavy chairs, etc. cannot be accepted.
