Donation Pickup in Austin, TX

Your donated items can make a real difference for families in Austin while also protecting the environment. By scheduling a pickup, you give your clothing, household items, and small furniture a second life instead of letting them end up in a landfill.

We come directly to your doorstep, making it easy for you to pass along items that can still help someone else.

 

Items We Accept

We accept most clean, usable items that can be safely lifted by one person, including:

• Clothing for men, women, and children

• Shoes, bags, belts, and accessories

• Toys and games

• Household décor and small home items

• Kitchenware, dishes, cookware, utensils

• Books, puzzles, board games, DVDs

• Tools and small home improvement items

• Portable musical instruments

• Small furniture one person can carry

• Working small appliances and electronics (under ~5 years old)

• Major working appliances — by special scheduling only

 

Every usable item is either given to local families, resold to support community efforts, or responsibly recycled so nothing is wasted.

 

Items We Cannot Accept

To protect recipients and our team, we are unable to pick up:

• Mattresses or box springs

• Heavy or oversized furniture that needs two movers

• Pianos or large built-in items

• Construction or renovation materials

• Tube/box TVs or broken electronics

• Broken, unsafe, or incomplete items

• Used cosmetics, chemicals, or hazardous materials

• Used car seats, cribs, or recalled baby gear

• Food or liquids

Items with strong odors, mold, pests, or significant damage cannot be accepted.
